The Secondary programme provides a safe, caring and inclusive learning environment, where students have the opportunity to acquire the knowledge, skills and values that empower them to realize their potential, become responsible productive members of a multicultural society and continue learning throughout their lives. Together both students and staff support values that encourage life-long learning, achievement of potential and excellence.

Using the Cambridge Curriculum (IGCSE), we develop learners who are:

  • confident in working with information and ideas, their own ideas and those of others,
  • responsible for themselves, responsive and respectful of others
  • innovative and equipped for new and future challenges
  • engaged intellectually and socially, and ready to make a difference in the world.

By having these qualities and being immersed in our excellent entrepreneurship program, we believe our students will be successful entrepreneurs in the future.

English is the language of instruction and is used for all subjects except Bahasa Indonesia. Afternoon lessons to prepare grade 9 students who would like to take National Exam (Ujian Nasional) are conducted in Indonesian.

Cambridge IGCSE is the world’s most popular international curriculum for 14-16 year olds, leading to globally recognized and valued Cambridge IGCSE qualifications. It is part of the Cambridge Secondary 2 stage.

Schools worldwide have helped develop Cambridge IGCSE, which provides excellent preparation for the Cambridge Advanced stage including Cambridge International AS and A Levels and Cambridge Pre-U, as well as other progression routes. It incorporates the best in international education for learners at this level. It develops in line with changing needs, and is regularly updated and extended.

Cambridge IGCSE is taken in over 100 countries worldwide and is widely recognized by higher education institutions and employers around the world as evidence of their academic ability. Cambridge IGCSE is equivalent to the GCSE in the United Kingdom. In some parts of the world, schools use Cambridge IGCSE as an international alternative to the local government's examination.

Each learner's performance is benchmarked using eight internationally recognized grades (A*-G). In some countries, IGCSE qualifications will satisfy the entry requirements for university. In others, they are widely used as a preparation for A Level, AS, International Baccalaureate and US Advanced Placement courses.

Grade C in IGCSE English (both First Language and Second Language) satisfies the English proficiency requirements of many universities in the UK and other Anglophone countries.
